Aufgrund des Auszuges unseres Mitbewohners möchten wir unser schönes, heimeliges Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 3erWG vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 19qm groß, hell und mit Teppichboden versehen. Es ist nicht möbliert.Das Beste: Dirkt vor Deinem Fenster ist Balkon und ein Sofa ;-)
Die Wohnung besitzt einen Balkon, eine schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, eine Waschmaschine, DSL Flat und Kabel TV.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke ca. < 1 Minute entfernt ;-) Man braucht zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zur FH und auch in die Stadt sind es nur 8 Minuten Weg. Außerdem liegen Lidl und Rewe quasi um die Ecke :-)
Die Miete von 246 € enthält alle Kosten, von der Internet-Flatrate bis zur SWG, es kommt also nichts mehr hinzu.
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 22.04.2012frei, also schaut euch doch einfach mal die WG und das Zimmer an, wir würden uns freuen!
