Ab dem 01.06.11 wird in unserer WG mein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und hat einen Balkonzugang. Die Wohnung ist ca. 80 qm groß.
Zum 01.06 wird ein weiteres Zimmer in der WG frei. Wenn ihr also zu weit seid, ist das auch kein Problem. Das Zimmer verfügt über keinen Kabel-Anschluss, aber man kann relativ leicht vom Nebenzimmer einen Zugang legen. Ich benutze allerdings Dvbt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten ist man an der Bushaltestelle, wo regelmäßig Busse in die Stadt und zur Uni fahren. Ebenfalls 3 Minuten entfernt ist eine Videothek.
5 Minuten entfernt:Lidl, Herkules und Rewe.
In der Warmmiete sind Nebenkosten, Strom, Telefon und Internet mit enthalten.
