Hallo,
da ich im kommenden Semester durch Praktika ständig auf Achse bin (u.a. in Italien) suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine tolle WG.
Vorab: Wir sind keine Zweck WG. Idealer Treffpunkt ist unsere große Küche. Hier kochen, spielen oder chillen wir. Bei schönen Tagen ziehts uns nach draußen an den Schwanenteich (nur 2min entfernt).
Die Lage ist optimal:Marktplatz in 5min zu erreichen. Gute Busanbindungen. LIDL und REWE sowie Sparkasse und Volksbank direkt neben an. Bis zur Uni (Phil 1&2) sind es ca.10 min mit dem Rad!
Zum Zimmer: 2 gr. Fenster bringen viel Licht. Es gibt eine sehr gr. Hochempore aus Holz. Hier ist Platz fürs Bett,Bücher&einen Fernseher!Zudem gibt es ein Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau mit tollem Dielenboden. Keller zur Fahrradabstellung vorhanden.
