Hallo,
ich bin in den Semesterferien aufgrund eines Praktikums nicht in der Stadt und vermiete mein superschönes, helles Zimmer in netter 4er WG. Es ist 25 qm groß und mit Schreibtisch, Sofa, Bett und umfangreichen Bücherregal ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit großem Flur, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (auf dem geraucht werden kann), Küche mit Spülmaschine, Bad mit WaMa und getrenntem WC.
Die Lage ist superzentral, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Wohnungssuche ;)
Ich habe ein Aquarium und einige Pflanzen, welche während meiner Abwesenheit etwas umsorgt werden sollten. (Fische füttern, Blumen gießen) Dafür gibts die Wohnung 50 € unter eigentlichem Mietpreis!
Auch Wochenenweise Vermietung nach Absprache möglich.
