Ich (m, Student 23J) suche Mitbewohner/in (<25J.), zum 01.01.2012, für meine geräumige 2er WG in der Alicenstrasse. Zu vergeben ist ein ca. 24m² großes, helles Zimmer. Zusätzlich kann der große Flur für weiteres Mobiliar genutzt werden. Zudem steht eine große Küche mit E-Herd, Ofen, KS, Gefrierschrank und kleiner Abstellkammer zur Verfügung. Das Bad bietet außerdem eine Badewanne und einen Anschluss für eine WaMa.Internet und Telefonflat vorhanden.
Die WG liegt zentral zur Innenstadt (100m zu Fuß), Bushaltestelle (mit Anbindung zum Unigelände) quasi vor der Tür, Bahnhof ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß, Edeka und Aldi um die Ecke.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 280€ + 60€ SW Giessen = 340€ Warm.
