Hallo du,
da ich nach meinem Studium für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, suche ich jemanden, der in dieser Zeit meine Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG bewohnt (w26 + du). Ab dem 1.7.12 sind die Zimmer frei, bis ca. 1.7.13 (über das Ende können wir gern sprechen, auch eine Übernahme ist möglich). Du hättest zwei kleine Zimmer à ca. 10qm zur freien Verfügung, teil- oder vollmöbliert, wie du magst. Bad und Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht (BaWa, WaMa, SpüMa :) ). Es gibt einen Keller, und einen Garten hinter’m Haus. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral an der Bushaltestelle „Aulweg“ (max.5 Fahrradminuten zur Mensa Phil 1 :), 10 Fahrradminuten zum Seltersweg); auch Lidl, Aldi, Toom sind schnell erreichbar. Warmmiete wären 280 Euro (inkl. ALLEM, also auch Telefon- und Internetflat). Falls du Interesse hast, meld dich einfach, wir freuen uns auf dich :)
