Zum 1.6.2012 wird in unserer schönen 3er WG (W,M und du) ein großes und helles WG-Zimmer (22,5m²) mit Balkon frei. Unsere WG ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne im Tageslichtbad und einer komplett eingerichteten Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Die komplette Wohnung wurde vor ein paar Monaten ganz frisch renoviert.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache auch kein Problem :-)
Die Lage der Wohnung am Stadtwald ist gerade für Studenten super geeignet, weil das Phil I + Phil II nur knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegen. Auch das Sportgelände "Kugelberg" ist direkt um die Ecke. Bushaltestelle (Linie 2), Supermarkt, Bäcker, Tankstelle und Videothek sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir sind keine reine Zweck WG, kochen oder frühstücken auch mal gerne zusammen oder sitzen nur so in der netten Küche :-)
