Hallo ihr lieben Wg-Suchenden,
wir (Wanda (20) und Rebecca (21)) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere schöne WG.
Das Zimmer hat eine größe von 10qm, der platz ist aber gut ausnutzbar und das Zimmer schön hell.
Die Wohnung besitzt ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine , sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne (Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden) und einen großen Balkon.
Außerdem kann ein abschließbarer Kellerraum genutzt werden und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Herkules markt und die Bushaltestelle ist in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Gerne unternehmen wir, wenn möglich etwas zusammen (Kino, Kochen,Feiern etc.), aus diesem Grund möchten wir keine Zweck-Wg haben.
Ein Unternehmungszwang besteht natürlich trotzdem nicht ;)
Die Kaltmiete beträgt ca 230 Euro.
Ihr könnt mich am besten abends auf dem Handy oder jeder Zeit via Mail oder Whats app errreichen.
