Du bist offen, willst nicht in einer Zweck-WG wohnen, rauchst nicht und hast Lust auf ein gemütliches Zimmer mit super Mitbewohnern? Zudem magst du auch Katzen und würdest nicht davor zurückschrecken, als zweite/r Hauptmieter/in Mitverantwortung für die Wohnung zu übernehmen?
Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß und hat helles Laminat. Die WG hat eine große gemütliche Wohnküche, die zum gemeinsamen Zeit verbringen einlädt sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Mit dir wohnen 4 sehr nette und 2 besonders verschmuste Mitbewohner (2 Katzen), für die du (weil WG-Katzen) auch mit Verantwortung übernehmen würdest. Unser Haus liegt in der Wilhelmstraße, also sowohl zentral zu den Kliniken, als auch zum Philosophikum und zur Stadt. Der Garten kann im Sommer super zum Grillen und Ausspannen mitgenutzt werden.
