Hallo Leute!!! :)
Ich werde 6 Monate wegen einem Praktikum weg sein, deswegen suche ich ein/-e Zwischenmieter/-in für mein Zimmer. (Von 01.05. bis 31.10.)
Im Zimmer gibt es ein Waschbecken und es hat Internetverbindung (WLAN). Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Tisch mit Stuhl).
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 208 Euro + 10 Euro Internet/Telefon + 10 Euro Strom im Zimmer, insgesamt sind 228 euro Warmmiete. Du musst auch die GEZ Gebühr einmalig bezahlen, 17,98 euro.
Die WG ist auch mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die WG liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Edeka ist ca. 5 Min. entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man in 13 Min. in der Stadtmitte.
Die Mitbewohnern hier sind richtig nett und ab und zu trifft man sich in der Küche und quatscht. Aber wenn du auch deine Ruhe haben willst, ist es auch kein Problem ;)
