Zu vermieten ist eine 16qm Zimmer mit Möbel oder ohne (Schreibtisch, Sofa, Bett, Schrank, Bücherregal). Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und wurde vor ca. einem halbem Jahr komplett renoviert. Die Möbeln sind in gutem Zustand. In dem großen Schrank kann man bequem alle seine Sachen verstecken und auch unter dem Sofa gibt es Platz für z.B. Bücher.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 Minuten von der Vet-Klinik oder Humanklinik entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist auch in wenigen Laufminuten zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle Klinikstraße liegt direkt vor der Tür. EDEKA ist auch ganz nah.
Wir (Anna 24, Lukas 29, Benaja 21) sind aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und genießen das WG-Leben. Anna und Lukas sind berufstätig und Benaja studiert. Wir wünschen möglichst keine Erstsemestlerin als neue Mitbewohnerin und keine Haustiere. Wir sitzen oft gemeinsam in der Küche aber respektieren es auch, falls jemand allein in seinem Zimmer lernen oder etwas anderes machen möchte.
Außerdem besitzen wir eine vollausgestattete, große, gemütliche Kühe inklusive Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle etc. Balkon ist von der Küche zu erreichen. Auf dem Hof gibt es ein Fahrradständer und ein Grillplatz. Die komplette Wohnung wurde vor ca. einem halbem Jahr renoviert.
