Das zu vermietende Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen Altbauwohnung in der Ludwigsstraße. Es ist gut geschnitten, sehr hell und ca. 21qm groß. Unsere Wohnung hat eine große, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit allem drum und dran ( auch einer Spülmaschine) und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und 2 Spülbecken.Zusätzlich haben wir noch ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit schöner Beleuchtung, Sofas und TV, was zu gemütlichen WG Abenden einläd. Es kostet mit Nebenkosten und Internet 358€.
Die WG befindet sich mitten in der Ludwigsstrasse, also sehr zentral, zu Fuß 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 5 Minuten an die Uniklinik und 2 Minuten zum Unihauptgebäude.
