Ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter für ein 14qm Zimmer in einer netten 3er WG, da ich nun eine eigene Wohnung gefunden habe.
Im Zimmer sind große Einbauschränke vorhanden, sodass man keinen Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches benötigt.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen.
Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung im amerikanischen Stil mit riesigem Wohnzimmer und großzügigem Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich relativ zentral in Giessen.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist ziemlich genau vor der Tür, in 10 minuten Fahrt ist man mitten in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte sind auch in erreichbarer Nähe.
Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz vor der Haustür ist vorhanden.
Das WG leben ist sehr entspannt, ab und an wird mal zusammen gekocht und ähnliches :)
Die 292 Euro sind der Gesamtmietpreis warm! Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an!
Da ich schon ausgezogen bin ist das Zimmer sofort Bezugsbereit!
