Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß. Es hat ein Fenster und ist zur Straße hin gelegen. Es hat eine eigene Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herdplatten und Waschbecken. Im Zimmer ist ein Kabel-Anschluss fürs TV.
Die Lage ist exzellent für Studenten. Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Campus JuWi (Jura/WiWi). Das Phil I und II sind in 5-10 Min Fußweg zu erreichen. In ca. 1 Min Fußweg ist eine Bushaltestelle und die Bahnhstation Gießen Licher Str.
Supermärkte (Rewe/Penny) sind in ca. 4-5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In der WG leben 4 Personen (2w/2m).
Wir haben keine gemeinsame Küche. Dafür hat jedes WG-Zimmer eine eigene Küchenzeile.
Die WG hat ein Badezimmer, in der auch unsere Waschmaschine steht.
Die Mietkosten setzen sich zusammen aus:
