Ab dem 15.01.2016 (auch früherer Einzug möglich) suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere ruhige 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und wirkt durch seine hohe Decke und zwei großen Fenster hell und freundlich.
Außerdem besitzen wir eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche (großer Kühlschrank mit viel Platz für jeden, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeevollautomat etc.) und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der sonnige Südbalkon kann von allen genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten, in unmittelbarer Nähe fahren die Buslinien 801, 802 (Linien zum Phil I und II), 24 (Bahnhof), 7 und 12. Am Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für Fahrrad und Auto. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
