WG sucht Nachmieter! Da unsere Zeit in Gießen bald vorbei ist, wird eine tolle, helle 2-Zimmer Altbau-WG mit Dielenboden und kleinem Balkon frei! Das erste Zimmer 20qm sucht zum 1.4. eine/n neuen Bewohner/in für 280 Euro Warmmiete, das zweite Zimmer mit 18qm vorraussichtlich zum 1.5. für 270 Euro Warmmiete. Dazu kommen dann noch SWG und Telefon/Internet Kosten. Die Wohnung bietet insgesamt 66qm plus kleinem Balkon zum Hof raus, BaWa, SpüMa, Küche (ausser Herd) für einen kleinen Abschlag. Diverse Dinge können nach Absprache übernommen werden (Gardinenstangen, etc). Weitere WGs im Haus und nette Nachbarn. Die WG liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe der Vetmed, NatWi sind auch nicht weit, Bushaltestellen vor der Haustür, Edeka ca 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Haustiere nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt.
