Hallihallo,
das Zimmer liegt an der Frankfurterstraße direkt ggü des VetmedCampus.
Ich würde es gerne von Januar bis Juni vermieten, bin in genanntem Zeitraum aber auch noch etwas flexibel.
Die Miete beträgt 250€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten sowie Internet & Telefon.
Wir haben einen von der Frankfurterstraße abgewandt gelegenen Garten zur Mitbenutzung, eine neue schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine, das Zimmer ist sehr hell, die Fenster neu und sehr gut isoliert. Außerdem haben wir auch eine Waschmaschine in der WG. Im Bad gibt es ein Fenster und genügend Stauraum für alle möglichen Dusch- & Zahnputzutensilien.
Solltest du spontan noch eine gemütliche Bleibe suchen, melde dich! ;)
