Wir suchen zunächst zwei neue Mitbewohner für unsere Wohnung ab 15.4./Beziehungsweise Nachmieter ab 01.05.2017
Die Wohnung hat 85 qm mit 4 Zimmern. Zwei größere (17-20 qm, eins davon mit Balkon) und zwei kleinerer (12 qm). Ein Bad (Wanne und Fenster), Gästetoilette und großer Küche. Anfang/Mitte April werden zunächst 2 Zimmer frei, danach könnt ihr euch noch 1-2 Mitbewohner dazu suchen, da Joscha dann auch ausziehen möchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig, wenn man zu viert ist, zahlt man knapp 250€ pro Monat warm (inkl. Internet und GEZ) pro Person. Sie ist engergiespar-saniert, das heißt, man hat geringe Heizkosten.
Es gibt einen Keller, Fahrradkeller und Wäschekeller.
Die Lage ist gut. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Marktplatz, 7 Minuten zu REWE und Lidl und Apotheke in der Marburger Straße. Busse: 13, 3 und 12 in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß und Bus 5 in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
