2er-WG, Zimmer 17 qm (möbliert mit Schreibtisch, gr. Eckschrank, Bett 140x200, 4 Jahre alt und von Vormieterin übernommen...kann auch entfernt werden). gr. Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne
schöne ruhige Straße gegenüber der Liebigschule, von der Küche aus mit Blick in die Klassenzimmer :) , Haltestelle Liebigschule 2 min entfernt, Unihauptgebäude und Berliner Platz 5 min entfernt, optimale Lage für Studies, die viele Vorlesungen in Phil I/II oder WiWi besuchen.
Mache Zweitstudium auf Lehramt Mathe/Physik.
Bin (leider) Raucher, mache das aber nur in meinem Zimmer. Bisher war das mit deinen beiden Vormieterinnen kein Problem. Noch kurz zu den Nebenkosten: da ist Gas, Wasser, Strom, Grundsteuer und co. alles mit drinne. Ist mal pauschal mit 100,- € angesetzt, kann aber eher noch nach unten gehen....
