Hey,
da ich zum 1.11. ein Praktikum absolvieren werde, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer netten 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist ca 15 m² groß, hell und hat hohe Decken. Wir haben eine große Wohnküche, sogar mit Spülmaschine, die zum gemeinsamen Zusammensitzen einlädt. In den 250 Euro sind bereits alle Nebenkosten, Internet, etc enthalten.
Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 1 und 21) ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür, die Busse fahren alle Viertelstunde und in nur 5 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Direkt nebenan sind außerdem ein DM und Lidl, außerdem wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ein Rewe.
Da der Vermieter die GSW (Gesellschaft für Soziales Wohnen) ist, solltest du studieren, um hier wohnen zu dürfen.
