Zimmer ist ursprünglich das Wohnzimmer, daher ziemlich groß, ~20 m²
Zimmer hat einen Balkon. ~2 m²
Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd in WG vorhanden
Spülmaschine leider defekt
neue Fenster seit 2017, Mehrfach verglast -> Schallschutz/Wärmedemmung
Wohnung liegt sehr gut
direkt neben der Cafeteria der THM
etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Berliner Platz (damit sehr gute ÖPNV Verbindung)
Supermärkte in der Nähe
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, jeder macht sein Ding
haben einen Putzplan
jeder ein Fach im Kühlschrank
möchte mein Zimmer anbieten, da ich mein Studium beendet habe, war soweit mit allem Zufrieden
Mietanteil sind 320€ (Warmmiete mit allen Nebenkosten) und 8€ (für das Internet) im Monat
Bilder sind von meinem Vormieter, daher jetzt anders eingerichtet
Möbel von mir können leider nicht übernommen werden, Zimmer ist bereits leer
