Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein WG Zimmer. Es ist mit ca 15 m^2 sehr gemütlich. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein großer Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl, ein Regal, ein Schrank und ein großes Bett. Das Zimmer wirkt durch das Fenster, hohe Decken und weiße Wände über den Tag sehr hell.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Gießen, bis zu den Öffis sind es 1-2 Minuten. Mit dem Rad ist alles in 15 Minuten erreichbar (egal ob Nawi-, Medizinercampus oder Phil. Die THM ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar).
Dementsprechend ist auch der Weg zum Supermarkt (Rewe, Tegut, Penny) oder Wochenmarkt nicht weit. (10 Minuten zu Fuß).
Auch für Freizeitaktivitäten ist die Lage optimal: Schwimmbad, Boulderhalle oder das Kino sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Du und andere 2 Mitbewohner teilt euch ein Badezimmer. Momentan wohnen in der Wohnung 3 Personen. Eine Einbauküche ist im Zimmer aufgebaut und eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhaden.
Es geht um eine Zweck-WG und die Mietpreis ist preiswert und es gibt kein WG-Casting.
