wir suchen jemanden, der meinen Platz gebührend einnehmen kann.
Durch das große Fenster und die hohen Decken,
hast du ein schönes, helles Zimmer in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann :).
Du solltest Spaß am gemeinsamen Zusammenleben haben.
Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen und trinken auch gerne mal ein Bierchen zusammen.
Abends feiern und um durch die City ziehen ist aufgrund der Lage nahe des Marktplatzes nie ein Problem gewesen.
Falls Du also Lust an sowas findest, und bestenfalls Student/in bist, melde dich gerne!
Falls du ein Fahrrad besitzt, gibt es im Hof eine Abstellmöglichkeit.
Da die Wohnung innenstadtnah gelegen ist, kommst du bequem überall hin.
Der Marktplatz ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, die Uni mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Bushaltestelle Steinstraße ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, welche dich mit der 5 oder 15 in Nullkommanix zum Berliner Platz und dem Bahnhof bringt.
