ich suche zum 01.07.20 einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer in der Moltkestraße 27 in Gießen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Rathauses und befindet sich in einem Altbau. Dort gibt es auch noch andere WGs.
Ihr bekommt ein modernes Zimmer von 14 m2 und eine hochwertig renovierte Wohnung.
Im Keller befinden sich Trockner, Waschmaschine und ein Partykeller mit Klavier und Bartheke.
Ihr habt Oarkplatzmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und es gibt einen Balkon.
Insgesamt sind wir 6 Leute.
Die Miete beläuft sich mit allem inklusive wie WLAN etc. auf 420 Euro.
