Since all of the current inhabitants are +30 years and we've got regular
jobs we'd prefer someone older than say 25 who is past his partying
phase (or at least does his partying outside...)
Please note: the room will be rented empty i. e. there will be no
furniture except of the white shelves.

In der Ludwigstrasse gegenüber des Uni Hauptgebäudes. Marbobo Kiosk neben dem Haus (bis 24 Uhr geöffnet). Gut 5 Minuten zu Fuss in die Fussgängerzone, zum Stadttheater, zu
Kinopolis. Gut 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Phil 1 mit Mensa und Bibliothek. Von dort
wenige Minuten in den Wald.
Da wir (drei Männer) alle > 30 Jahre alt und (teil)berufstätig sind suchen wir
jemanden, der ebenfalls etwas älter ist - ab ca. 25 Jahren sollte es
passen - und seine Partyzeit hinter sich gelassen bzw. ausgelagert hat.
Im Zimmer sind gemauerte Regale (siehe Bilder), ansonsten ist das Zimmer
leer.
