Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Aufteilung mit 3 etwa gleichgroßen Zimmern, Küche in angenehmer Größe, Bad (mit Badewanne), eine Abstellkammer und einen verglasten Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß und voll möbliert. Vorhanden sind ein schmaler Schrank, zwei Kommoden, ein kleines Regal, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett (1,40x2,00m) mit Matratze und ein Nachttisch. Es ist also genügend Platz für all Deine Habseligkeiten und Kleidungstücke!
Die Fenster schauen auf den Balkon hinaus.

The flat has 3 rooms of almost the same size, a well-sized kitchen, a bathroom (with a tub), a store room and a windowed balcony.
The room is 15m² big and fully equipped. There is a bed with mattress, a desk and chair, a small closet, two dressers, one shelf and one bedside table. So there is plenty of room to stow away your clothes and belongings!
The windows of the room look onto the balcony.
Die Lage ist wunderbar: 500m zur Lahn, 500m zum Markt; von dort ist die Fußgängerzone nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel (Tegut, Penny) und auch Bekleidungsgeschäfte ist die Neustädter-Tor-Galerie und das berühmte Döner-Dreieck liegt im Grunde vor der Haustür.

The location of the flat is perfect: 500m to the river Lahn, 500m to the market place and to the shopping centre Neustädter Tor Galerie where you’ll find the closest grocery stores. The shopping mile is in spitting distance from the market place and the famous kebab triangle is basically in front of the house.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen Yara und Nina (20-22 J. alt) sind unkompliziert und liebenswürdig. Yara studiert im dritten Semester Physik und Mathe auf Lehramt an der JLU. Nina studiert Medizinisches Management im vierten Semester an der THM. Wir sitzen gerne abends gemeinsam in der Küche zusammen, zusammen Kneipen und Bars kennenzulernen steht noch auf der Liste. Natürlich ist es jederzeit auch möglich, sich zurückzuziehen. Wir nehmen Rücksicht, wenn eine von uns eine Videokonferenz hat oder lernen muss.
Das Beteiligen am Putzplan ist der WG wichtig – keiner will sich in einem schmutzigen Badezimmer waschen ;-) – für Änderungsvorschläge oder das Tauschen des Putzens sind Deine Mitbewohnerinnen offen!

Your future roomies are two girls: Yara and Nina (20-22 y. o.). They both are kind and don’t fuss about. Yara studies to become a teacher for maths and physics, she’s in her third semester. Nina studies medical management in her fourth semester.
We like to spend relaxed evenings together sitting in our kitchen and planned on checking out the pubs in Giessen, which unfortunately we didn’t get to do yet because of the pandemic. Of course it’s no trouble at all if one wants to retract oneself. When one of us has an online conference or need to study we take that in account.
To take part in the weekly cleaning schedule is important – no one wants to shower in a dirty bathroom ;-) – still, your future roomies are open for suggestions or swapping!
I’m planning to sublease the room from September until December but if you want or need to extend (e.g. until the end of the semester) we can talk about that.
Geplant ist die Untervermietung von September bis Dezember, eine Verlängerung (evtl. auch bis Ende des Semesters) wäre aber verhandelbar.
Eine Besichtigung und ein Kennenlernen ist sowohl online als auch in Persona möglich.
