Hallo liebe Interessentinnen!
Da ich von August 2022 bis März 2023 ein
Auslandssemester machen werde, möchte ich in der Zeit mein schönes, großes Zimmer in unserer WG vermieten. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum lässt sich auch flexibel gestalten, es muss nicht unbedingt vom 01.08.22 bis zum 31.03.23 sein. Es hat 21 Quadratmeter und Zugang zu unserem großen Balkon :)
Unsere WG liegt im Schiffenberger Weg, allerdings versetzt zur Straße, deshalb hört man die Straße auch bei offenem Fenster kaum. Es sind ca. 15 min zur Uni (Phil 1&2), 2 min zur Bushaltestelle, 5 min zur Bahn und 2 min zum Supermarkt.
Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen werden Friederike und Vivienne (beide 25) sein. Friederike studiert Gymnasiallehramt, Vivienne Grundschullehramt. Beide sind aufgeschlossen, super nett und hilfsbereit,
und wir sitzen gerne abends zusammen und
quatschen, essen zusammen oder trinken ein Glas Wein. Wenn eine von uns ihre Ruhe haben will, ist das aber natürlich auch willkommen - alles kann, nichts muss:)
Ich werde meine Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank, Regal) im Zimmer lassen, du musst dich also nicht um neue Möbel kümmern :)
