On your floor there is a newly renovated bathroom with separate toilet. On the ground floor is a cozy dining area and a kitchen with 2 kitchenettes and 2 refrigerators, so that all have enough space.
Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mit dem Rad überall in unter 10 Minuten hinkommt, in 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn "Neugilching" gelaufen ist und auch genügend Parkplätze für sein Auto findet. Direkt hinter dem Haus kann man durch den Wald zum Badesee laufen.
The location is perfect, as you can geteverywhere by bike in less than 10 minutes, walk 10 minutes to the S-Bahn "Neugilching" and also finds enough parking for your car. Directly behind the house you can walk through the forest to the swimming lake.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG mit verschiedensten Nationalitäten und gehen alles sehr gut miteinander um. Durch einen funktionierenden Putzplan wird das Haus sauber gehalten. Es wird gerne indisch, kroatisch, iranisch, deutsch, chinesisch oder brasilianisch gekocht und man kann sich gerne einem Kochabend anschließen. Wer seine Ruhe habe möchte findet diese jedoch auch, da Partys wenn überhaupt nur am Wochenende stattfinden.
We are a mixed WG with different nationalities and deal very well with each other. Through a working cleaning plan, the house is kept clean. It is often cooked Indian, Croatian, Iranian, German, Chinese or Brazilian and you can gladly join a cooking evening. If you want to be in peace, you will find it, too, as parties, if at all, take place only on weekends.
