Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und wird derzeit möbliert (Fertigstellung am 18.8.).
Es werden insgesamt 2 Zimmer (ein Zimmer mit 20m2 für 580 EUR und ein Zimmer mit 16 m2 für 485 EUR) separat vermietet.
Offene Küche, Flur und Bad mit Wanne sind gemeinsam zu benutzen.
Beide Zimmer sind vom Flur zugänglich und haben beide Zugang zum großen Balkon.
Die Zimmer werden befristet auf 6 Monate (ggfs. mit Verlängerung) vermietet. Mindestmietdauer ist 3 Monate.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten den Strom und die GEZ-Anmeldung.
Um einen Telefon/Internetanschluß müßte sich der Mieter/die Mieterin selbst kümmern.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand, nur wenige Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station Neugilching (S 8 - ca. 30 Fahrminuten in die Innenstadt) entfernt.
Das Gewerbegebiet Oberpfaffenhofen /Wessling ist in 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
DerWörthsee ist nur rund 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Alle Geschäfte des tägl. Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung wurde bislang nicht als WG vermietet, so dass sich die Bewohner neu finden müssen.
