Ich möchte mein kleines, aber sehr feines Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbeiten.
Ich werde meine Möbel drin lassen, d.h. euch stehen ein Bett, ein Schrank und ein Schreibtisch zur Verfügung... und eine Pinnwand:-) Den Rest meiner Dekoration werde ich rausnehmen, sodass Ihr es euch nach eigenem Belieben hübsch machen könnt...
Dieses Zimmer ist nahe der Uni, des Zentrums und dem Grenzübergang gelegen. Alles unter fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Also perfekt;-)
In der WG wohnen derzeit eine Studentin der Sozialen Arbeit und eine Auszubildende. Beide sind Anfang 20. Sie sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freuen sich auf dich als neue/ neuen Mitbewohnerin/ Mitbewohner.
