neuer Mitbewohner/in,
leider muss ich Görlitz ab April verlassen da ich beruflich weiter kommen möchte. Das Zimmer wird am 12.04.2012 frei und ich würde mich freuen mein Zimmer weiter vermieten zu Können.
Ich bezahle für das Zimmer 100,10€ Warm +20€ Strom und 17€ Internet kommen noch dazu. Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer und man hat hier sehr viel Ruhe. Es ist eine WG mit einer Frau und einem Mann, sie sind beide noch in der Ausbildung und sehr nett. Wir haben eine große Küche zum Kochen und chillen.
Momentan ist noch ein wunderschönes Hochbett im Zimmer, das du gern für einen kleinen Obolus(Mit Leiter) von mir übernehmen kannst.Es ist noch eine kaution von 200€ zu zahlen.
