Zum 1.10.2012 werde ich (Selda, 23 Jahre alt) das schöne Göttingen verlassen, aufgrund eines Studiumortswechsels. Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Bad, Abstellraum, 2 gleich große Zimmer (17qm) umd einem Balkon, sowie kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist insgesamt 50qm groß.
Meine WG Mitbewohnerin (Claudia, 23 Jahre alt) studiert Geschichte und Französisch und freut sich auf eine neue, nette WG Mitbewohnerin, erwünscht sind WG-Erfahrungen ;)
Der Telefon/Internetvertrag ist gerade ausgelaufen und wird mit der neuen Bewohnerin neu eingerichtet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gerade für Studenten optimal. Ich selber habe meinen Bachelor in Sport und Biologie absolviert und war mit der Lage mehr als zufrieden.
Man ist zu Fuß in einer Minute am Campus/Mensa/Blauer Turm. In 2-4 Min. beim Rewe und Lidl. Mit dem Fahrrad in 5-8 Min. beim Sportinstitut (Norduni), sowie am Bahnhof. Die Stadt erreicht man in 5 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Man wohnt hier in der Annastraße sehr Zentral und ruhig.
