Da ich Göttingen leider verlasse, suche ich kurzfristig eine/n NachmieterIn für meine 2 insgesamt ca. 24 m² großen Zimmer (10 m² & 14 m²) in einer 2er WG im schönen „Blümchenviertel“.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, da sie sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel befindet, aber man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt ist. Vorteile:
- viele Grünflächen vor und um das Haus (zum Grillen im Sommer)
- die Leine zum Joggen vor der Tür (führt direkt zum Kiessee)
- zum Bahnhof 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
- zur Uni und in die Stadt 7 Minuten mit Fahrrad
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
- ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden
- Spülmaschine, Badewanne, Dielen, DSL, Keller als Abstellmöglichkeit
Dies alles bekommt Ihr für nur 241 € (Nebenkosten, Strom & DSL inklusive)
Auch ein etwas späteres Einzugsdatum ist möglich!
P.S. Wenn Ihr dazu noch etwas tierlieb seid, freut sich auch der „Geist“ der Wohnung – die Katze meiner Mitbewohnerin :-)
