Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß quadratisch geschnitten und hat keine Schrägen.
Durch das große Fenster ist das Zimmer schön hell. Ein TV-Anschluss ist im Zimmer
Die Küche und Bad sind ebenfalls groß und hell. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche.
Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Linien 21 und 22 halten jeweils zwei Gehminuten entfernt, sodass Richtung Uni alle viertel Stunde und Richtung Bahnhof alle halbe Stunde ein Bus zu erreichen ist. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Uni ca. 7 und die Innenstadt 3 Minuten entfernt.
In Sichtweite befindet zudem ein Dominos und Penny ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt.
In der WG wohnen momentan Christian, der Geologie studiert und ein Freund von Computerspielen ist und ich Jelto. Ich studiere Agrar und bin gerade mit dem Master gestartet.
Unser WG-Leben ist ziemlich ungezwungen und locker, wir sitzen gelegentlich zum gemeinsamen Bier in der Küche, akzeptieren in stressigeren Zeiten aber auch die Privatsphäre des Anderen.
