Schönes und helles Zimmer in Weende ab erste Januar 2024 zum Vermieten . Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m^2 groß und ist quadratisch geschnitten. Es hat zwei Fenster, eines zum Innenhof und eines zur rechten Seite des Hauses, so dass das Zimmer den ganzen Tag über Licht hat.
Es ist super geschnitten und hat eine gemütliche Nische, in die perfekt ein Doppelbett passt. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine usw. und kann durch den großen Esstisch auch gut als sozial Area genutzt werden. Das Bad hat alles, was man braucht, und ist auch sehr hell. Im Keller gibt es einen Abstellraum sowie Waschmaschinen für das Haus, die gratis benutzt werden können. Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten, der mit den anderen Wohnungen geteilt wird und einen Grill hat, ideal für Grillabende mit Freunden.
Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet, dies beinhaltet Bett mit Lattenrost (ohne Matratze), Schreibtisch, Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Nachttisch, und zwei fenster Rolladen, sowie zwei Regale.

Nice and bright room in Weende to rent from January 2024. The room is about 15 m^2 and is square cut. It has two windows, one to the courtyard and one to the right side of the house, so the room has light all day.
It is super cut and has a cozy alcove where a double bed fits perfectly. The kitchen is large and well equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, etc. and can also be used as a social area due to the large dining table. The bathroom has everything you need and is also very bright. In the basement there is a storage room and washing machines for the house, which can be used for free. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard. The house has a large garden that is shared with the other apartments and has a barbecue, ideal for barbecues with friends.
The room is rented fully furnished, this includes bed with slatted frame (no mattress), desk, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, as well as two shelves and curtains.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sehr nah an der Nord-Campus und Uni-Klinikum. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Querstrasse, in der Familien, aber auch Studenten wohnen. An der Hauptstraße befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Burger King, Tegut, Subway, Dominos, DM, einer Apotheke und einer Bäckerei. An der Ecke gibt es ein leckeres Café und Croissants. Weitere Supermärkte wie Aldi, Penny und Rewe sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und die nächste ist nur zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Der zentrale Campus ist in 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und in 15 Minuten mit dem Bus. Auch zum Hochschulsport oder zum Nordcampus ist es nicht weit.

The location is very quiet and very close to the North Campus and University Hospital. The apartment is located in a cross street where families, but also students live. On the main street there is a large shopping center with Burger King, Tegut, Subway, Dominos, DM, a pharmacy and a bakery. There is a delicious café and croissants on the corner. Other supermarkets such as Aldi, Penny and Rewe are within walking distance. There are several bus stops nearby and the closest one is only a two-minute walk from the house. The central campus can be reached in 8 minutes by bike, the city center in 10 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by bus. It is also not far to the university sports or the North Campus.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG, in der du zusammen mit Soniya (22) und Grace (24) wohnst. Beiden sind sehr nett und sozial. Soniya kocht gerne und sorgt dafür, dass das Haus jeden Tag lecker duftet, und Grace mag Musik, spielt Klavier und singt. Das Zusammenleben mit ihnen ist total entspannt und unkompliziert - keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine wilde Party-WG. Mit dem Putzen von Bad und Küche wechseln wir uns ab. Wenn euch Rücksicht und Sauberkeit wichtig sind, solltet ihr hier gut reinpassen!

It is a shared flat for 3 people where you live together with Soniya (22) and Grace (24). Both are very nice and social. Soniya likes to cook and makes the house smell delicious every day, and Grace likes music, plays the piano and sings. Living with them is totally relaxed and uncomplicated - not a purely purposeful flat-share, but not a wild party flat-share either. We take turns cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. If consideration and cleanliness are important to you, you should fit in well here!
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Januar 2024 zum Vermieten. In der Miete sind Internet und Strom, Radio und Fernseher Steuern schon enthalten, der Preis beinhaltet also alle Kosten.
Ich würde das Zimmer gerne voll möbliert vermieten. Für das Bett, den Schreibtisch, 2 Regale, Vorhänge, Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und einen Nachttisch würde ich gerne 300 Euro haben. (über die Matratze können wir sprechen, denn ich kann sie auch verkaufen oder mitnehmen.)
Besichtigungen können sowohl persönlich als auch digital stattfinden.

I would like to rent the room fully furnished. For the bed, desk, 2 shelves, curtains, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table I would like to have 300 euros. (if you need the mattress we can talk about it, I'm willing also to sell it or take it with me).
