Hallo,
ich bin Sarah (24) und würde mich ab Juni über eine neue Mitbewohnerin in meiner schönen Wohnung im Blümchenviertel freuen. Ich bin kontaktfreudig und immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Nach einem langen Uni-/Arbeitstag kann es aber auch schon mal sein, dass ich ein bisschen Ruhe brauche und mich einfach in mein Zimmer zurückziehe. Wer damit kein Problem hat, aufgeschlossen ist, ansonsten gern auch mal quatscht, einen Kaffee/Sekt zusammen trinkt, ein Wenig was von Sauberkeit versteht und sich angesprochen fühlt, melde sich gern über Handy oder Mail.
Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Fenster. Das Ganze kostet dich dann 220€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten. Mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt braucht man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Bäcker, Sparkasse, Apotheke, Edeka/Netto sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
