Hello,
My cozy and comfortable room is looking for a new resident as I am moving near my workplace. The room is quite spacious and insulated and even in hot summers, you will feel cozy inside. As it's a large room, you can fit in your furnitures well if you are bringing any.
The kitchen is also quite big with all necessary amenities and has a dining table to chill and is the focal point where we eat and talk. It has additionally toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, water heater .The fridge always have enough space for your needs. And to reduce the laundry difficulties, we have a washing machine too.
The WG is in the prime location in the south of Innenstadt and it takes 5 min biking to the Ganselisel and 1 min walk to the nearest supermarket(Penny). Rewe is in 5 min walk and Kaufland 10 min and you also have Dominoes just opposite the WG. It is perfect for students as it will take only 10 min biking to the central campus and 20min to the Nord campus.
It's a 2er WG,and the other person is Stefan who is a chill and relaxed guy. He studies Geology and quite interested in stage dramas and can be seen very often in Uni stage dramas. He also sports very often and can be seen cycling very often. We are not a shared flat type and yet when u hav time he is also open for cooking together and have some beer with meaningful conversations and also at the same time you can have your own privacy.
All the costs were included in the rent(electricity,Wifi and heating). I can also leave some furnitures if you need and that can be discussed over a visit. And regarding the move-in date, it would be better if you can move in by July 1 or a bit later is also fine. You can either message here and can also contact me in Whatsapp.
