Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß und richtung Südwesten ausgerichtet, und dadurch sehr Lichtdurchflutet und ideal zum Sonnenuntergang angucken.
Da ich nicht genau weiß wo ich hinziehe, würde ich gerne ein paar Möbel da lassen, das sind eine weiße Komode, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Wandschrank und zwei Wandregale.
Die WG liegt am Fuße der Zierenterrassen, am Rand des Ostviertels. In drei Minuten Fußentfernung liegen ein Rewe und 4 Bus Linien mit direkter Verbindung in die Innenstadt. Zum ZHG dauert es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Schillerwiesen sind auch in direkter Nähe sowie der Stadtwald auch, ideal für Outdoor Aktivitäten:)
Wir sind drei Agrarstudentinnen, die jetzt Ende ihres Studiums stehen, ich (Hannah) mache den Anfang. Anna und Selma ziehen vorraussichtlich Mitte April aus, das heißt du hast dann die Möglichkeit neue Mitbewohner*innen zu suchen.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zweck WG, man trinkt auch gerne Mal einen Kaffee zusammen oder guckt einen Film :)
Ein Nachmieter sollte, wie wahrscheinlich überall, nett und ordentlich sein sowie motiviert sich in das WG leben zu integrieren.
