Because I am moving, the house contract is until September 15, so the short-term rental is until September 15, 2022.
The room is located in the student dormitory area; it is a 5-minute walk to the central campus of the University of Göttingen; there are buses 41/42/91/92 around, and you can also walk into the city center for 15 minutes.
House related: single room (27 square meters with balcony), with a sink in the room; a total of 6 people on the same floor, sharing 3 toilets and a bathroom. Shared kitchen, fully equipped kitchen utensils (including oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, plates, knives, etc.); free laundry/drying room in the basement; general English dormitory area; 298 euros/month all-inclusive;
It can be rented from July 16th and can be rented until August 26th or September 15th. Because there is still some furniture (bed and table) in the room, which need to be emptied before the contract expires, so if you don't need the furniture, I need to come back early to empty the furniture, and if you need the furniture, I can also give away some furniture for free.

Hausbezogen: Einzelzimmer (27 qm mit Balkon), mit Waschbecken im Zimmer, insgesamt 6 Personen auf der gleichen Etage, teilen sich 3 Toiletten und ein Badezimmer. Gemeinschaftsküche, voll ausgestattete Küchenutensilien (inkl. Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Teller, Messer etc.), kostenloser Wasch-/Trockenraum im Untergeschoss, allgemeiner englischer Schlafsaalbereich, 298 Euro/Monat pauschal;
Es kann ab dem 16. Juli gemietet werden und kann bis zum 26. August oder 15. September gemietet werden. Da noch einige Möbel (Bett und Tisch) im Zimmer sind, die vor Ablauf des Vertrages geleert werden müssen, also wenn Sie die Möbel nicht brauchen, muss ich früher zurückkommen, um die Möbel zu leeren, und wenn Sie brauchen die möbel kann ich auch einige möbel verschenken.
