Hi, I am giving my beautiful room on sublet as I will be away for a while. It's fully furnished and has everything that's needed, a bed, study table and closet. I would prefer someone plant person who could take care of my plants while I am away. It's pretty important to me that they don't die. We are a shared WG of 4 people.
It's right next to the leine, we have beautiful view of the Leine from our kitchen and common room. Aldi, Edeka and nakhauf is 10-15mins away by walk. City centre is within 10mins by walk.
I(Akshita) am leaving to Potsdam/Berlin therefore would like to sublet a room in our WG for one month. We are flat share where we like to hangout together, cook sometimes, watch movies, share our meals and have a good laugh. It's important to us that we get along, also cleanliness is must, since this WG is old. it could get messy pretty quickly if not cared for.
You will be living together with Minke (36) she is working in consultancy area, she is a foodie and like exploring new German cities, in her free time she likes to pursue her side hustle😂 which is currently beads jewelry and always happy to have fun conversations. Maria, (32) a PhD student at the UMG. Loves chatting and chilling on the sofa, better if with a glass of wine! Parties' mate when she has the energy, gym animal the rest of the time! Oliver(32) is working, he is very easy going and chill as well. Always helpful and he likes playing guitar and enjoys calm environment. Although he likes his room alot, you will find him enjoying movie nights.
