The apartment has four bedrooms, living room, bathroom with bath, toilet, kitchen, a big balcony.
Your furnished room is about 15 m². The apartment is located in Grone in a very nice and quiet location, about 3 km away from Campus. There is a bus stop in front of the house.
The room costs 330 euros, internet connection and TV cable included. Deposit 350 euros.
It would be nice if your mother language was English, French, Portuguese, Spanish or Russian.

Ich suche einen netten Untermieter für eine 4-er WG ab August 2017.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, Toilette, Küche, einen großen Balkon, Abstellraum für Fahrrad.
Dein möbliertes Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, die anderen Räume stehen dir selbstverständlich zur gemeinsamen Benutzung frei. Das Haus befindet sich in Grone, ist von einem Garten umgeben und hat eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Lage. Der Uni-Campus ist ca. 3 km entfernt und in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich gegenüber des Hauses. Der Mietpreis zusammen mit Nebenkosten ist 330 Euro, inclusive Internet und TV-Kabel. Die Kaution beträgt 350 Euro.
Da ich u.a. Sprachen studiere, suche ich gerne jemanden, der als Muttersprache Englisch, Französisch, Portugiesisch, Spanisch oder Russisch spricht.
Gerne einen PhD, Master oder Erasmusstudenten, der nicht zu viel feiert.
