Hi,
wir suchen für unsere WG eine nette Mitbewohnerin bzw. einen netten Mitbewohner ab Mitte Juli. Aber du kannst auch später einziehen.
Das Zimmer ist hell mit einem Fenster nach Osten (Morgensonne!), unmöbliert (aber du kannst ein paar Möbel günstig von uns übernehmen) und diente bisher als Wohnzimmer. Küche und Bad stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Als Abstellmöglichkeit (z. B. für dein Fahrrad) gibt es einen Kellerraum.
Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr, Backofen, etc. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne mit Dusche und eine neuen und zuverlässigen Waschmaschine.

we are looking for a new friendly flatmate to join our lovely flat which is available from mid-July. But you can also move in later if you prefer.
The room has lots of natural light and sun in the morning given its large window facing east; it is not furnished (but if you are interested in buying some furniture, we can sell you some for a cheap price) and was used as a living room before.
Shared used of kitchen and bathroom. There is also a room in the basement to store your staff like your bike.
Our kitchen is well-equipped with lots of dishes, oven, etc. The bathroom provides a bath tub with shower as well as a new and reliable washing machine.

Die Lage unserer Wohnung ist super, da man mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist oder zu Fuß in 2min an der nächsten Bushaltestelle (12/11). Die Gegend ist recht ruhig und Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto, Penny), Tankstelle und Späti (Kiosk) liegen ca. 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Auch die Natur ist quasi vor der Haustür, da wir nah an der Leine und einem kleinen Waldgebiet wohnen.

The location of our flat is great as it is 10 min. away from the city (by bike) or two minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (12/11). The neighborhood is quite quiet and there are several supermarkets (Edeka, netto, penny), a gas station and a “späti” (24h-shop) which are very easy to reach (5 min walk). Nature is almost on the doorstep because we live close to the river Leine and a forest.

In der WG würdest du zusammen leben mit Maria aus Spanien (28, American Studies), Tilmann aus Deutschland (32, Chemiker) und Taha aus Marokko (20, Informatik). Wir freuen uns auf ein gutes Miteinander und gemeinsame Unternehmungen (Spieleabend, Sport, ...). Trotzdem verfolgt aber jeder seinen eigenen Alltag und man kann immer seine Ruhe haben, wenn man will. Es gibt bei uns einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, an den man sich auch mal gegenseitig erinnert, wenn etwas vergessen wurde. Dazu kommt noch eine WG-Kasse in die jeder wöchentlich eine Kleinigkeit einzahlt, sodass dann gemeinsam Klopapier, Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Putzkram, etc. gekauft werden können.

In the flat you would live with Maria from Spain (American Studies, 28), Tilmann from Germany (Chemist, 32) and Taha from Marocco (20, Informatics). We hope we can have a good relation with you and that we could do some stuff together like playing games, doing sport or having some drinks together. However, we respect private sphere, so you will also have your own peace.
There is a weekly cleaning plan that has to be followed. In addition, there is a WG-Kasse (WG-Kitty) in which every week we put some money for common stuff like toilet paper, potatoes, onions, etc.
