Ich bin umgezogen und wohne nicht mehr in der Wohnung , ich würde gerne ein Zimmer behalten. Bis zur Kündigung suche ich noch Untermieter befristet auf 6 Monate.
Ich biete 2,5 Zimmer (1 Zimmer 18 m², 1 Zimmer 12 m³ + 5 m² Mini-Zimmer) zur Untermiete in einer zentral gelegenen 3,5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Göttingen an. Die Zimmer stehen vom 01.06. bis zum 31.12. als Zwischenmiete für 6 Monate zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind gestrichen und nicht möbliert. In der Wohnung wird außerdem noch 1 Zimmer von mir als Arbeitsraum (ca. 2x Monat) genutzt. Die Zimmer sind geeignet für ein Paar oder eine alleinerziehende Person mit Kind. Es gibt eine Küche mit Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sowie einer Grundausstattung. Außerdem ein Tagesslichtbad mit Badewanne.Warmmiete beträgt 500 € und beinhaltet Wasser, Abwasser, Müll, Strom, Heizung, Internet und einen Festnetzanschluss. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Gartenmitbenutzung, ein Hof zum Grillen und ein Waschmaschine im Keller steht zur Verfügung.

I have moved and no longer live in the , I am only rarely in the apartment and would like to keep a room. Until the termination I am still looking for an interim tenant for months.
I offer 2.5 rooms (1 room 18 m², 1 room 12 m³ + 5 m² mini-room) for sublet in a centrally located 3.5 room old building apartment in Göttingen. The rooms are available from 01.06. to 31.12. as interim rent for 6 months. The rooms are painted and not furnished. In the apartment is also 1 room used by me as a workroom (about 2x month). The rooms are suitable for a couple or a single person with a child. There is a kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher and basic equipment. In addition, a daylight bathroom with bathtub.Warm rent is 500 € and includes water, sewage, garbage, electricity, heating, internet and a landline. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
You can also use the garden and a nice place behind the house. Awashing maschine is also available.

Ich wohne nicht mehr in der Wohnung, würde gerne noch ein Zimmer gelegentlich bis selten nutzen. Alle weiteren Räumlichkleiten sind zur alleinigen Nutzung.Ein Garten kann ebenfalls mitgenutzt werden.
Die Leine ist ganz in der Nähe und Du bist schnell im Grünen. Es gibt eine sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft.
