The room is cozy and bright, with one large window facing South. The kitchen is spacious and bright, and suitable for cooking in a group. We have a well-functioning microwave, baking oven, cooking range, refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
There is also a place to store your bike in the basement.
The room already has a single bed, a work table and chair, a wooden cupboard and an elaborate open clothes hanger which you can all purchase just at a price for €180.
The published rent includes the cold rent, and all the utilities (water, electricity, gas, wifi).

Im Keller gibt es auch einen Abstellplatz für Ihr Fahrrad.
Das Zimmer verfügt bereits über ein Einzelbett, einen Arbeitstisch mit Stuhl, einen Holzschrank und einen aufwendigen offenen Kleiderbügel, die Sie alle zum Preis von 180 € erwerben können .
Die veröffentlichte Miete beinhaltet die Kaltmiete und alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Gas, WLAN).
The city centre is only 5 to 10 minutes away by foot. The central campus of the University is also very accessible (only 10 mins) by bike.
The nearest bus station is only 3 minutes and the Bahnhof (train station) is less than 10 minutes away by foot.
The nearest supermarket (Rewe and Naukauf) is an easy 10 minutes away, again by foot. One of the larger supermarkets, Edeka, is also easily accessible and only probably 10 minutes away via the bus.

Das Innenstadt ist nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der zentrale Campus der Universität ist auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar (nur 10 Minuten).

You will be sharing the apartment with Francesca who is doing her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at the Max Planck Institute. Francesca speaks Italian and English. Francesca is a lovely flatmate who loves cooking and reading. She is friendly, hardworking and responsible, but respects your privacy and your personal space.
