🇩🇪Den Zimmer (21 m2) ist unmöbliert, sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum wohnen und studieren/Arbeiten. Das Zimmer hat einen gute Ausrichtung nach Süd-Osten, sodass dein Zimmer sehr hell ist.
Das Zimmer ist auf unbestimmte Zeit verfügbar. Wir suchen jemanden der langfristig hier wohnen möchte, deshalb kontaktieren uns bitte nicht falls du weniger als 3 Monaten bleiben willst.
🇬🇧The room (21cm2) is spacious enough to make an office area apart from your resting area. Natural lighting lasts long enough before evening thanks to its southwest orientation.
It is as well available for long stays. So please reconsider if you just want to be for less than 3 months which would be no longer available.
🇩🇪Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Grone und erlaubt dir gut zu Ruhe zu kommen.
Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung in einer netten Nachbarschaft und ist nicht weit von der Natur entfernt. Es ist sehr gut angebunden an die Innenstadt und andere Orte. Es gibt 3 Bushaltestellen, an denen alle 15 min Busen abfahren.🚌
In direkter Nähe Gibt es einen Rewe (3 min) Zu Fuß entfernt und einen Kaufpark mit vielen unterschiedlichen Geschäften (10 min Zu Fuß)
Falls du sportlich bist, gibt es auch 2 Fitnessstudios in der Nähe. 💪🏃♀️
🇬🇧The shared flat is located in Grone allowing you to leave in a silent and friendly neighborhood. It has also good bus connections due to the three bus stops nearby. Every bus runs every 15 minutes either to the city center or other areas of the city.🚌
It is also close to a Rewe (3 min walk) and to a big shopping center with all sorts of shops (groceries, furniture, plants...).
In case you are a sports person there are also two Gyms to your reach. 💪🏃♀️
🇩🇪Auf der Bilder kann man unseren großen Abendessentisch sehen. Da können wir uns treffen um zu quatschen oder zusammen zu essen 🛋️
Wir haben einen gut ausgestattet und moderne Küche mit vielen Geräte (Wasch-und Spülmaschinen, Ofen uvm...).
Auf dem letzten Bild ist das Badezimmer mit einer großen und geräumigen Dusche zu sehen,die als Special eine Hydromassage hat 🛀 🧖🏻♀️damit kann man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag sehr gut entspannen und erholen.
Wir haben ein eigenes Kellerabteil und einen separaten Fahrradkeller, in dem auch Wäsche getrocknet werden kann.
Du wirst mit Julia (27) einer spanischen Biologin 👩🔬, die seit 3 Jahre in Deutschland wohnt, und Lara (31) auch Biotechnologin 👩🔬zusammen wohnen. Wir sind zwei nette Frauen die gerne Kochen und sportlich sind. Wir mögen Gemeinschaft und treffen uns gerne um zusammen Abend zu essen, eine toll Serie auf Netflix zu gucken oder Spaziergänge in die Innenstadt zu machen. Wir haben totales Verständnis, wenn du auch Zeit und Ruhe für dich brauchst, und dich in dein Zimmer zurückziehst. Es ist alles möglich ☺️
🇬🇧As you can see in the pictures we have a big dining area in our living room where we could gather to talk about our day or have lunch together. 🛋️
As well the kitchen is well equipped with many devices, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and proper oven.
Lastly, the bath has a big and spacious shower with hydromassage 🛀 where you can relax after a long working/examination day. Together with this, there is room enough for storage.
You will live with Julia (27) 👩🔬a Spanish biologist whose been living in Germany for 3 years and Lara (30) 👩🔬 also a biotechnologist who is originally german. We are two friendly girls that love cooking and are sporty. It would be nice to gather for dinner, enjoy a nice Netflix show or go out in the city center. Still, everyone has their privacy and we understand that sometimes we need space and be calm so you are free to chill in your room.
