Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in Grone: 23.09 - 25.10.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und liegt im 3.Stock. Durch zwei Fenster (Süd und West) ist es sehr hell. Es gibt fast keinen Lärm, da die Wohnung zum Park hin gelegen ist. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und es wäre perfekt für jemanden, der Pflanzen mag, da es viele davon gibt :) Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

I'm subletting my room in Grone: 23.09 - 25.10.
The room has around 20m2 and it's located on the 3rd floor. There is a lot of light due to two windows (south and west). There is almost no noise since the flat is located towards the park. The room is furnished and it would be perfect for someone who likes plants as there is plenty of them. :) The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Grone, in der Nähe des Levinpark. Vor dem Gebäude gibt es auch einen Garten, in dem die Mieter abhängen und manchmal ein Lagerfeuer machen. DieWohnung liegt 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Altstadt entfernt. Es gibtviele Bushaltestellen rund um den Levinpark sowie Märkte (Edeka, Netto, Jawoll) und den Second-Hand-Laden Brockensammlung.

The flat is located in Grone, close to Levinscher Park. In front of the building, there is also a garden where tenants hang out and sometimes make a campfire. The flat is located 10 mins with the bike from Oldtown. There are many bus stops around the Levinpark as well as markets (Edeka, Netto, Jawoll) and second-hand shop Brockensammlung.
Da es sich um eine Zweizimmerwohnung handelt, wohnt auch mein Mitbewohner Timo hier. Er ist ein netter, ruhiger Typ, der gerne Gitarre spielt und auch gerne meditiert.

As this is a two-room flat, my roommate Timo lives here as well. He is a nice quiet guy who likes to play the guitar and he also enjoys meditation.
