Da ich nächstes Semester in Spanien bin, will ich mein Zimmer bis Februar vermieten. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, aber dafür auch gemütlich. Darüber hinaus haben wir in der WG ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer! Mein Schrank, Schreibtisch und mein Bett würde ich in dem Zimmer lassen (Daher die 50 € sonstige Kosten). In der Wohnung ist natürlich auch eine voll eingerichtete Küche. Dein Mitbewohner wäre Marcel, der gerade in Mathe promoviert. Potenziell könnte ich das Zimmer auch noch für den Februar vermieten. Bei Fragen melde dich einfach, dann können wir eine Besichtigung oder Ähnliches organisieren.

Since I'm in Spain next semester, I want to rent out my room until February. The room is quite small, but also cozy. In addition, we have a very large living room in the shared apartment! I would leave my closet, desk and bed in the room (hence the 50 € other costs). In the apartment, of course, there is also a fully equipped kitchen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Man geht zu fuß 2 Minuten zur Haltestelle Jüdenstraße, aber eigentlich braucht man gar nicht mit dem Bus fahren, da man zum Hauptcampus 8 Minuten läuft. Das selbe gilt für den Einkauf, da 2 Minuten entfernt ein Rewe ist.

The location couldn't be better. It's a 2-minute walk to the Jüdenstraße stop, but you don't really need to take the bus because it's an 8-minute walk to the main campus. The same applies to shopping, as there is a Rewe 2 minutes away
Das WG- Leben ist mit Marcel sehr entspannt. Wenn du willst unternimmt er gerne Sachen oder man Isst gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen Putzplan damit die Wohnung sauber bleibt und das klappt alles gut :)

Living in a shared flat is very relaxed with Marcel. If you want, he likes to do things or eat together in the living room. There is a cleaning schedule to keep the apartment clean and it all works out well :)
Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und haben sich noch nie über Lautstärke oder anderes beschwert. Auch die Lautstärke vom Innenstadt-Leben ist erstaunlich gering! Direkt gegenüber ist ein sehr zu empfehlendes italienisches Restaurant "Tante Giulias", wo man sich sehr gute Pizza holen kann.

The neighbors are all nice and have never complained about volume or anything else. The volume of downtown life is also surprisingly low! Directly opposite is a highly recommended Italian restaurant "Tante Giulias", where you can get really good pizza.
