Helloo, I am looking for a tenant to sublet my room while I am away for a few months.
The room is approximately 16 meters squared and is fully furnished so you can move in and feel right at home. It is facing north east so you would wake up to nice rays of sunshine but does not get hot from direct sunlight. The biggest selling points are the big windows that give you a beautiful view of the forest and the Bismarckturm.
The apartment is perfectly connected to public transport.
The bus stop of lines Zietenterrasen 21 and 22 is right in front of the house; bus stop of lines Nikolausberg 21 and 22 is 3 minutes away on foot.
As for grocery shopping, Penny is right around the corner. Rewe and Kaufland are 9 minutes away on foot.
Central campus can be reached in 6 minutes by bike, 20 minutes by bus, and 25 minutes on foot.
Nord campus can be reached in 15 minutes by bike, 30 minutes by bus, and 1 hour on foot.
You can reach Gänseliesel in less than 15 minutes on foot.
You would also be a close to Schillerwiesen and to Kiessee which are both less than 30 minutes away on foot, and of course you would get there a lot faster with a bike which you can park by the garden - so you don't have to worry about it getting stolen :)
Your future flatmates would be Myliène (25) and Louisa (28). Myliène works at Sartorius and Louisa is a PhD student.
The atmosphere in the apartment is pretty relaxed. If you enjoy impromptu kitchen meetings over tea or cooking together, and if you value your personal space, this apartment is a great fit for you!
We also have 2 very cute and friendly cat neighbours that like to visit our WG from time to time. If you like cats, Finja and Emma are great company. If you don't, of course you don't have to interact with them at all!
The sublease is from mid-August till the end of January but is open for extension.

***P.S. for international students: The start of the lease is 14.08. While the moving-in date is completely up to you, we unfortunately cannot offer a lease that starts in October.
