Das kleine, aber feine Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss der Dreier-WG. Es hat 12m^2, ist aber gegen Süden ausgerichtet und damit hell und lichtdurchflutet.
Da ich das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbiete, werde ich mein Einzelbett, meine Kommode, meine Kleiderstange sowie meinen Schreibtisch da lassen :)

The small, but pretty room is in the highest floor of a shared flat with 3 people. The room is 12 m^2 big with windows going southwards. This means the room is always bright and full of light.
Since I'm offering my room for temporary lease, I'll leave my bed, my drawers my clothes rail and my desk in the room for you to use. :)
Die Lage ist in der Innenstadt, etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Gänseliesel entfernt. Ein Rewe befindet sich auch etwa 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, ein Kaufland in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe sind zwei Bushaltestellen, beide etwa 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die WG selbst befindet sich in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße, mit dem schönen "Nikikiez" direkt um die Ecke. Dort findet man mehrere Dönerbuden, einen Kiosk, ein Café sowie mehrere Bars. Der Wall ist auch direkt um die Ecke, wo man spazieren oder joggen gehen kann.

The location is in the middle of the city, the Gänseliesel is around 5 minutes by foot away. There is a Rewe, which can be reached in 5 minutes by foot too, a Kaufland is in 10 Minutes reach. Nearby, two bus stops can be found, both of which are 5 minutes away by foot.
The flat itself is located in a rather quiet small street, with the Nikolaistraße ("Nikikiez") right around the corner. You can find several Döner booths, two cafés and several bars nearby. The remains of the ancient city wall are right around the corner too, where you can take a walk or go for a run.
In der WG sind noch Lilly (22) und Erik (24). Lilly studiert Politikwissenschaften und Soziologie im Bachelor, Erik studiert Mittelalter- und Renaissancestudien im Master. Beide treffen sich gerne mal für einen Plausch mit Kaffee oder Tee in der Küche. Wie immer war uns Kommunikation sehr wichtig, sodass, falls einen mal etwas stören sollte, es schnell aus der Welt geschafft werden kann. Ab und zu besuchten wir das Theater oder mal eine Bar - aber generell ist das Zusammenleben sehr ungezwungen. Alles kann, nichts muss :)

You will be sharing the flat with Lilly (22) and Erik (24). Lilly is studying political science and social science, Erik is doing a history degree in Middle Ages and Renaissance studies. Both really like to meet up to chat over a coffee or tea in the kitchen. As always, communication is key when living together, so that there will be no arguments. Sometimes, we went to the theater or went to get some drinks, but generally, living together was very free and easy. :)
