Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
Mit diesem Zimmer habt ihr die Chance auf das Zusammenleben in einer wunderschönen Altbau-WG mit ganz lieben Menschen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18-20 m2 groß und bietet Extra-Platz durch die gemütliche Bettecke. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, weshalb es auch im Winter immer hell und freundlich erscheint. Neben diesen Vorteilen hast du auch einen riesigen Balkon, der fast so groß wie das Zimmer selbst ist und deshalb genug Platz für Pflanzen, eine Bank, einen kleinen Pool und genug Leute bietet. Der Fußboden besteht aus praktischem PVC, weshalb es auch nicht schlimm ist, wenn dir mal was runterfällt oder du was auskippst. Außerdem hat das Zimmer sehr hohe Decken, was es nochmal geräumiger erscheinen lässt und liegt auf der Seite unseres Gartens, weshalb du trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße keinen Lärm hörst.
Nach Absprache können gerne Möbel, wie beispielsweise Bett oder Kleiderschrank übernommen werden. Ist aber natürlich kein muss! :)
Außerdem ist der Einzugstermin flexibel, also falls es etwas früher oder etwas später besser passen sollte mit einem Umzug, bekommen wir das bestimmt hin! :)

With this room you have the chance to live together in a beautiful old building shared flat with lovely people.
The room is approx. 18-20 m2 in size and offers extra space thanks to the cozy bed corner. It is south-facing, which is why it is always bright and friendly, even in winter. In addition to these advantages, you also have a huge balcony, which is almost as big as the room itself and therefore offers enough space for plants, a bench, a small pool and enough people. The floor is made of practical PVC, so it's not a problem if you drop something or spill something. The room also has very high ceilings, which makes it seem even more spacious and is on the side of our garden, so you won't hear any noise despite the proximity to the main road.
By arrangement, furniture such as a bed or closet can be taken over. But of course this is not a must! :)
In addition, the move-in date is flexible, so if it should fit a little earlier or a little later with a move, we will certainly get it done! :)
Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom Wall, sodass man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt braucht und der Bahnhof und Campus sind auch keine 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und ist mit zwei Balkonen, zwei Bädern und einem großen Garten (mit Tischtennisplatte und Beeten :)) ausgestattet. Den großen Flur nutzen wir als Wohnzimmer. Unsere Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler und einen großen Kühlschrank, wo alles seinen Platz findet.
The apartment is located opposite the Wall, so you only need a few minutes to walk to the city center and the train station and campus are also less than 10 minutes away by bike. Our apartment is on the 1st floor and has two balconies, two bathrooms and a large garden (with a table tennis table and flower beds :)). We use the large hallway as a living room. Our kitchen has a dishwasher and a large fridge, where everything finds its place.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären: Verena, David, Aurora, Philipp und Maxi.
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus den verschiedensten Studiengängen und unterschiedlichem Alter (22-28). Außerdem ist Pepa (der süßeste Hund der Welt) fester Bestandteil unserer WG.

We are a colorful mixture of different study programs and different ages (22-28). Pepa (the cutest dog in the world) is also an integral part of our shared flat.
Ein gemeinschaftliches Miteinander, Sauberkeit und ein freundschaftlicher Umgang sind uns wichtig. Wir unternehmen gerne öfter mal was gemeinsam. Dazu gehört zum Beispiel zusammen kochen, Bierchen trinken und ab und an veranstalten wir mal Spieleabende oder steppen in Bars oder Clubs.
Durch unsere beiden Internationals (🇮🇹🇵🇹) wird Zuhause auch englisch gesprochen.
Wenn du Interesse an Hunden hast, kannst du dich natürlich gern mit ihr beschäftigen, wir möchten dich nur wissen lassen, dass mit ihr keinerlei Verantwortung einhergeht, da sie ja einen lieben Besitzer hat. Wer also mal eine Kuscheleinheit braucht, kann sich diese gern von Pepa abholen :)

A communal atmosphere, cleanliness and friendly interaction are important to us. We like to do things together from time to time. This includes, for example, cooking together, drinking beers and occasionally organizing game nights or going out to bars or clubs.
Our two internationals (🇮🇹🇵🇹) mean that English is also spoken at home.
If you are interested in dogs, you are of course welcome to spend time with Pepa, we just want you to know that there is no responsibility involved as she has a lovely owner. So if you need a cuddle, Pepa will be happy to give it to you :)
